Join us for canapés and wine with Craig Beattie, Sommelier of Hello Beasty. Craig has put together a presentation of food and wine pairings and how to approach this and tackle the sometimes difficult pairings of spice in food.
We will be Traveling by Glass through a selection of New Zealand's diverse wine regions and some of New Zealand's best wineries. We will pair six wines with canapés prepared by the culinary students from New Zealand School of Food and Wine and inspired by Asian cuisine.
