Delicious tapas were prepared by the New Zealand School of Food and Wine cookery students and service by the Hospitality students
- Handmade tortillas and guacamole & roast red pepper salsa

- Beef tenderloin served on grissini with tapenade
- Saffron Paella with snapper, mussels, calamari
- Bruchetta with prawns Chimichurri
- Deep-fried Calamari with lemon, smoked paprika, grilled green capsicum and olives
- Stuffed mussels with jamon (ham) mornay, fresh salsa
- Beef and Pork Meatballs a la chorizo with tomato fondue & tomato salsa
