Thank you to Liz Wheadon of Normanby Fine Wines and Paul Evans of Webb's Auctions for enabling this fundraising evening to take place at Webbs Gallery. We are very grateful to Chris Wiseman, auctioneer and the Webb's Team who supported us as well as the complementary wines upon arrival. Thank you to Chef Steve Coyne and Franck Laruelle along with 16 Level 4 Cookery students from the New Zealand School of Food and Wine who donated their time and skills to ensure we were well-fed!
Thank you to our NZ Sommeliers and Wine Professionals Committee who helped draw this all together and the service volunteers on the night, Larissa Muller, Nicole Turner, Miguel Borges and others.
Above all thank you to all the organisations who kindly donated products that we could sell at Auction. The proceeds of this Auction will go to supporting Andrea in his bid for the ASI Best Sommelier of the World 2026 and also to support our National Competition by providing funds for scholarships for sommeliers to travel to Auckland and other local initiatives.
