ASI Certificate 2 Examination 2025
New Zealand Sommeliers have hosted ASI Certificate 2 examination with three candidates and invigilated by Andrea Martinisi, Celia Hay and Zulfiya Ibragimova, livefrom Kazakhstan.
This examination includes writing a full organoleptic tasting note for one wine, blind tasting of three spirits/Liqueurs, a one hour written exam and then a practical assessment in front of three judges. For this part of the assessment the candidates had to aerate and serve a bottle of Rioja Crianza.
