From the sun-drenched vineyards of the Valais to the terraced slopes of Lavaux Lake Geneva and the cool alpine valleys of Graubünden, each wine growing region in Switzerland offers its own distinctive character and charm.

Join New Zealand School of Food and Wine hospitality tutor and Swiss local, Franck Laruelle, to taste local grape varieties like Chasselas, Petite Arvine, Heida (Savagnin Blanc), and the red wine grapes Cornalin and Plant Robert for their unique flavour profile, reflecting the Switzerland’s cultural and historical heritage.
