The legacy of Sir George Fistonich shines brightly in Čuvar.
The Fistonich Family has unveiled a new chapter of their story with the establishment of Čuvar.
Čuvar translates to Guardian in Croatian and pays homage to the early European pioneers of the wine industry in New Zealand.
Sir George initiated this new era by identifying and preserving what makes New Zealand wine so special.
Well-respected winemaker, Michelle Richardson, is the wine making force behind Čuvar. Michelle will lead the tasting at this event, discussing the wines and their styles that continue this legacy of the Fistonich Family.
